Point Cloud Processing Services for the GCC

Many survey companies and contractors in the GCC own good capture equipment but lack the time or specialist staff to process the data. Scans pile up on hard drives while design teams wait. Our point cloud processing services fill that gap: you capture, we register, clean, classify and model, and return finished data ready to use.

Because the work is fully remote, it does not matter whether your site is in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait. You send the data, we deliver the results.

    What we process

    • Terrestrial laser scans of buildings, plants and structures
    • Mobile mapping data from roads, rail and utility corridors
    • Drone LiDAR and photogrammetry for terrain and large sites
    • Mixed datasets from several capture campaigns that need to be combined

    Our processing workflow

We start by checking what you have sent: coverage, overlap, control points and coordinate system. Scans are then registered and georeferenced, noise and moving objects are removed, and the cloud is classified into ground, buildings, vegetation and other classes using AI-assisted tools. A senior specialist reviews the result before any modelling starts, so problems are caught early rather than discovered by your designers.

From the finished cloud we can produce terrain models, 2D drawings, 3D meshes or scan to BIM models, depending on what the end user needs.

    Why outsource point cloud processing

Processing is skilled, time-consuming work that peaks and dips with your project pipeline. Outsourcing lets your field team keep capturing while the backlog is cleared, without hiring for short-term peaks. Our AI-native workflow means we do not rely on large teams, which helps keep turnaround consistent. Turnaround is agreed upfront and depends on project size; we respond to enquiries within one business day.

Quality control you can rely on

Processed data is only useful if you can trust it. Every dataset we deliver goes through a structured check covering registration quality, coverage, classification and the accuracy of any derived models. Where problems are found in the source data, such as missing scans, poor overlap or unclear control, we tell you early and explain the options rather than hiding the issue in the final product.

We also adapt to how your team works. If you have preferred classification codes, layer names, templates or coordinate systems, we follow them so the output drops straight into your existing workflow. For regular clients we set up a repeatable process, which makes future projects faster to start and easier to check. Whether you send a single building scan or a large corridor survey, the same principles apply: clear scope, careful processing, senior review and honest reporting, so your own field team can stay focused on capture.

    Frequently asked questions

Which file formats can you receive?

We work with common scanner and LiDAR formats such as E57 and LAS/LAZ, as well as native project files. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm.

    Which formats do you deliver?

Point clouds: E57, LAS/LAZ, RCP. CAD/BIM: DWG, DXF, RVT, IFC, 3DM, SKP. GIS: SHP, GeoTIFF, KML. Reports: PDF.

How do we send you large datasets?

Data is usually shared through a secure cloud transfer. For very large projects we agree the best method at the start.

How accurate is the processed point cloud?

The final accuracy depends largely on how the data was captured. Accuracy is specified per project to suit the deliverable and confirmed in our proposal.

    Which countries do you cover?

We support clients across the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
